Follow-up on covid-19 materials at Kanjazi

Kanjazi learners finally started using the materials such as Masks and teachers express gratitude for the support

Through support from The Vries group and World Servants, CCAP Education department supplied covid – 19 materials to Kanjazi, Milenje and other schools during the time when schools were on holiday due to the rise in covid-19 cases. The aim of the follow up was to check if the materials were being put to good use. The visit established that learners and teachers were all in masks and buckets were placed on the door of each classroom. Adherence to the covid-19 measures was also encouraging and the head teacher thanked the people from the Netherlands more especially the Vries group through World Servants for the timely assistance. Most learners had been struggling to access masks because of financial challenges and the donation has helped the learners from these two schools to have masks for every learner.
