Our new coordinator in Rwanda, mr. Pascal Habimpano, has handed over the cristmas cards to the colleagues at EPR...

And they handed it over to the community members in Gahengeri. Pascal writes: "Here is a photo taken while handing the Christmas message to Gahengeri community. The gentleman in EPR shirt is Japhet, and he is likely to be the one staying with the team during construction works."
