Update on the progress at Chankhomi

The work has been progressing well though slow a bit and the remaining works so far are pointing, drainage and painting.

The project at Chankhomi took place in July and it involved the community and participants working together and realizing two teachers houses. After the group left the community continued to work on the finishing touches such as plastering, flooring, raising the walls inside and skirting. Currently the works remaining are drainage, pointing, fitting doors, fitting glasses and painting. The community is very hopeful that by October 20th the houses will be fully occupied by teachers.
