Ndatuwa bouwt flink door

Project update van 2 oktober 2023 door Mussa Nyirenda

Projectcoördinator Mussa vertelt over het mooie project van afgelopen zomer en hoever de bouw inmiddels is.

"The project at Ndatuwa is very unique in the sense that it has a very humble beginning because the community had no hope that the school could grow to the status it is at the moment. When it was first identified there were only two very temporally classrooms which were renovated to accommodate the participants and a permanent school block was constructed with World Servants in 2018. After that, Build On project also constructed a school block for the school. This year two teachers houses have been constructed again with World Servants participants. The community appreciates the coming of World Servants through CCAP Synod of Livingstonia for transforming the school. The participants worked so hard on the construction and by the time they were biding farewell to the community they had done the bricklaying, ringbeam, filling the foundation but also roofing was done on both houses. Currently the community has finished plastering, flooring, skirting, beamfilling in the two teachers houses and are remaining with painting, fixing doors and glasses."
