Context and summary

Describe the original plan/idea for the project. Has the project been executed as planned?
The original plan was to construct a school block, renovation of school block and purchase 30 junior desks. The revised plan has been construction of school block, purchase of desks, renovation of teachers house and two latrine blocks. This change was because of involvement of local development fund in supporting the school with funds for the renovation of one of the current classroom blocks.
