At the moment it's raining heavily in the North of Uganda, but the communities are busy preparing the construction site.

Brian - the coordinator of the Northern office of AEE writes to us in May: "we confirmed that Cinya community has 13 trips of stones (hardcore) ready for transporting and crushing to make agreggates for construction." So after these stones are brought to the community, they will crush the stones so they can actually start with the foundation work. "The community is very committed just waiting for the stones and the tools to be delivered.

Update early June: the number of cases of COVID-19 has been increasing the last couple of weeks, so the president has declared a partial lock down. We need to see what is possible now, but hopefully the community can continue to do the work on ground.
