Na elk project vragen we onze partner hoe het project is gegaan en welke lessen de partner heeft geleerd. Je vindt hier het bijbehorende rapport.

1.    CONTEXT AND SUMMARY
1.1.    The original plan of the project
Yes originally the plan was to build 1x2CRB and that is what we have done. The project has been executed yes as planned.

1.2.    Implementation of the project
The construction project of 1x2CRB at Kaponga Hills became a success especially when the tram ZA218 was involved. The team arrived in Lusaka and a nice travel to the site. During our stay in Kaponga we had good connection with local people in most of the program that includes Construction works, cultural programms, childrens work excetra. The team found the work in good progress as agreed (see ToR with cornners up). The combination of dutch participants and the local people brought the whole work to nearly 80% of the total work and this was very pleasing. We were all happy. At the end of the project we passed through South Luangwa National Park in Mfuwe it also added colour to the trip it was so amazing to see different animals in real life. We appreciate so much for this, the team liked it. The major success on this project is that we built the school block on left few works to be done by the local people.

6.    LESSONS LEARNED
People who have understood the way world-servants and CCAP works they really react very positively to our activities. A lot of people especially women they begin to work extra hard for things that will help themselves. They have learnt that women can also do a lot more things that can be done by men.
