Elk jaar vragen we onze partner hoe het project is gegaan en welke lessen de partner heeft geleerd.

Project went well as planned.
Give a (short) general description of the implementation of the project.
The project well and we achieved the goals than expected. The team lean leader and technical leaders were very good. The technical leader knew what to in order to get the work done with less people involved.
How do you look back on the following topics? How was it arranged, what went well, what could be done better?
Construction
Buildings worked on
We worked on classroom block and teachers house.
Tasks to be done
to finish plastering especially the house. Floors, grazing, painting and door fitting.
Programs
Children program
children's program was a challenge to organize, teachers was not very helpful. They did not take the responsibility serious Sometimes we had less children .
Cultural and touristic outings
cultural programs went well. We visit Banana farm, Noah's ark, mkushj market, house visits, Miloso primary school and the clinic. We had byscle riding. The team did enjoy very much.
Life Skills program and Football for Water
life skills was not well organized by teachers. Sometimes they were no where to found.
Foot ball match was good we saw Lilanda
Beating the Dutch team.
Cooperation and involvement
Leadership team World Servants
Leaders were very much involved.
They knew what to do in order to get the work even with less people. They had target to reach.
Local leaders / key persons
local leaders were difficult to find
Them when we needed them. There is a need to have good and committed leadership.
Community
community involvement was very low .
Beneficiaries
Less Involved below our expectation. This was a bit discouraging . They did not took full responsibility .
(Local) authorities
local authorities was not much involved they only came once at the hand over ceremony.
Facilitation of the team
Accommodation
The team was accommodated in the classrooms as planned. And they had no problem.
Food
Food was very good and the ream enjoyed the food very much especially nshima and bread made by Tito.
Transportation
The team traveled well from Lusaka to kab we were we slept. The following day we had a break down . quickly the other bus was arranged and we proceeded to Mkushi.
Safety
As usual we try our level best to put our safety measures .
Lessons learned
1. Don't stand and watch but get involved and fill the gap. 2. Instead of complaining join in and make a difference
For World servants. 1. With good leadership you can always get mor things done . keep these standards of leadership.
2. Remain focus not to be easily discouraged but to keep on fighting had.
