Hoe kijkt onze partner terug op het project?

Na elk project vragen we onze partner hoe het project is gegaan en welke lessen de partner heeft geleerd. Je vind hier het bijbehorende rapport.

1.    CONTEXT AND SUMMARY
1.1.    The original plan of the project
The project went very well

1.2.    Implementation of the project
A trip from Lusaka to Mkushi was a good trip. Construction work, went very well, the team worked very hard. Technical leaders were excellent.

2.    FACILITATION OF THE TEAM
2.1.    Cultural and touristic outings
Programs went very well both sides were happy.

2.2.    Life Skills
Did not work well very well because most teenagers were doing extra lessons in readiness for exams and others went back home just after closing.

3.    COOPERATION AND INVOLVEMENT
3.1.    Leadership team World Servants
Cooperation with the leadership team was very good. The team leader and technical leaders were very good they knew exactly what to do and to handle the participants.

3.2.    Local leaders / key persons, community and beneficiaries
Involvement of stakeholders , applicants, Staff, beneficiaries was good.

4.    PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS
4.1.    Accommodation
This was good, they were accommodated in the classrooms as planned and the team easily did get settled.

4.2.    Transportation
Transportation of participants was good and also of materials we had no problem only one trip we forgot to put mattresses on the truck and it bumpy on the gravel roads.

4.3.    Safety
It was safe only a bit noisy. One of the churches in the community had a conference

5.    LESSONS LEARNED
- Good planning makes the work go faster and easy.
- As a leader, one should not say yes to everything.
- Many hands can lift up a heavy load.
- A team of different tribes and culture makes a team stronger.
- If you love people you will serve people.
- Giving makes a big difference
