Hoe kijkt onze partner terug op het project?

Na elk project vragen we onze partner hoe het project is gegaan en welke lessen de partner heeft geleerd. Je vind hier het bijbehorende rapport.

1.    CONTEXT AND SUMMARY
1.1.    Implementation of the project
The project went very well both sides worked very hard and with a lot of interaction. Trip from Ndola to Mkushi was good and very safe. Construction work went very well. Technical leaders from both sides worked together well.

2.    FACILITATION OF THE TEAM
2.1.    Cultural and touristic outings
Cultural programs went well as planned. Visited Noah’s ark, banana farm, Mkushi market, Fipungu, Miloso Heath Post.

2.2.    Life Skills
Life skills did not went well because it was time got exams for grade 9. But also Local coordinators we’re not very committed.

3.    COOPERATION AND INVOLVEMENT
3.1.    Leadership team World Servants and local leaders
Cooperation with team leaders, school managers and community leaders was good.

3.2.    Community and beneficiaries
Involvement of community and beneficiaries was good.

3.3.    (Local) authorities
Even though they did not attend handover ceremony, we had good cooperation.


4.    PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS
4.1.    Accommodation
Facilitation of the team was good, the team was accommodated in the classrooms.

4.2.    Food
Water and food we’re well prepared.

4.3.    Transportation
Transportation of materials was much better with the Tata truck, for participants we used other vehicle because Tata truck is very bumpee to carry people.

4.4.    Safety
It was very safe at construction place and also driving the driver was good.

5.    LESSONS LEARNED
- Love make one to cross boundaries.
- True love cares for others so much and the results are that you learn to serve others.
- Giving is a knife to cut the line of poverty.
